We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Section 2 – Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.

A. Return Period

All purchases are final and non-refundable/non-returnable after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

B. Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible Items: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item (“off-specification”).
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

C. Conditions for Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

D. Refund Process

  1. Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boloties.shop within 30 days of delivery, explaining the reason and attaching a clear picture of the faulty/defective product.
  2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Processing: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

E. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@boloties.shop.

F. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@boloties.shop and send your item to the address we provide upon approval.

G. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Section 3 – Shipping Policy

A. Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail it to the address we provide upon approval of your return request.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

B. Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or shipping company.
  • International duties, customs charges, or local taxes. You are responsible for all applicable fees charged by your government.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping company will be responsible once we ship the package.
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping company. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
  • Packages shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.

In no case shall BoloTies.shop, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 5 – Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
